CHRISTMAS KEEPSAKE COLLECTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Who we are

The Christmas Keepsake Collection is offered by ARAMEDU LTD (trading as The Secrets of Decoupage), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15538835). Registered office: Flat 14, 128 Maidstone Road, Chatham, England, ME4 6DQ. Contact: [email protected] .

These Terms apply to the separate Christmas Keepsake Collection sales pages and course experience hosted using YUPI.AI, with payments processed through Stripe. They do not govern purchases through our other online stores or applications. We offer a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless a particular product page expressly says otherwise.

2. What you are buying

You may choose (a) Video Course Only, which provides access to pre-recorded decoupage lessons and the downloadable supporting resources specified in the offer, or (b) Video Course + DIY Kit, which also includes a physical selection of wooden ornament blanks, printed rice paper designs and decorative accessories as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

The course is designed to demonstrate preparation of a wooden surface, placement of rice paper, techniques for limiting bubbles and wrinkles, and finishing a handmade ornament. The full project is intended to guide learners towards creating a collection of six ornaments, with the precise materials and number of blanks stated in the live product description.

Unless the product page expressly says otherwise, paint, primer, glue, varnish, brushes, sandpaper and basic crafting tools are NOT included in the DIY kit. Customers must supply these items themselves and follow the relevant manufacturers' instructions.

The information on the relevant product page at checkout, including the contents of the specific kit and access period, forms part of your contract. If any important aspect changes before we fulfil your order, we will inform you and offer the options required by applicable law.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in the currency, and with the taxes and delivery arrangements, stated at checkout. We serve customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia; availability and terms may differ by country. You are responsible for ensuring your billing, contact and, where relevant, delivery information is accurate.

Payment is collected securely through Stripe. An order is accepted once we have confirmed payment and sent an order confirmation. We will provide the applicable contractual information in a durable format, such as email. Do not make a purchase on the assumption that the kit will arrive by a particular holiday unless we expressly confirm a delivery commitment.

4. Course access and permitted use

The instructions for accessing your course and the length of your access will be stated on the relevant product page before you pay and confirmed in your order information. If we cannot provide access as agreed, please contact us so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.

Access is for the purchaser's personal learning and use. You may replay lessons during the applicable access period. You may not redistribute, sell, upload, screen-record for redistribution or share login details or course materials with others, except where permitted by law or our written consent. The course does not grant a general licence to reproduce or commercially distribute the underlying artwork or designs. Any separate permission to sell finished craft items must be stated expressly for the particular designs.

5. DIY kit dispatch and delivery

Physical kits are dispatched from the United Kingdom to destinations available at checkout. The available delivery destinations, dispatch arrangements, shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be disclosed before you place an order. Where any import duties or taxes may arise, we will state at checkout who is responsible for those charges. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as such. Where the law requires a delivery deadline and none is agreed, the relevant statutory deadline applies.

Please contact us promptly if a parcel is damaged, incomplete, delayed or missing, with your order details and a description of the issue. Nothing in these Terms reduces your legal remedies for goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights take priority over these Terms. Rights may vary depending on where you live and whether you buy digital content, physical goods, or a bundle of both.

DIGITAL COURSE. UK law ordinarily allows a 14-day cancellation period after entering a distance contract for digital content. If you expressly request access to digital content during that period and specifically acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel will be lost once the supply begins, that cancellation right may end once supply begins, subject to the applicable legal requirements. We must collect the required consent and acknowledgement before supply and confirm them to you. Merely accepting these Terms does not automatically satisfy that separate requirement. If we do not follow the applicable requirements, your statutory rights remain in place. This does not affect remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content.

PHYSICAL GOODS. For qualifying UK distance purchases, customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of cancellation, then a further 14 days to return them. We will refund amounts required by law, including the basic outward delivery charge where applicable, within the statutory timescale. A consumer may be responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return only where this was properly disclosed before purchase. Faulty, defective or misdescribed items are handled under applicable statutory rights. Any reduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect goods will only be made where legally permitted.

BUNDLES. When digital access and a physical kit are purchased together, the legal treatment of the combined contract and any applicable refund will be assessed under the mandatory rules governing the purchase. We will not rely on a digital-access waiver to remove statutory rights in the physical goods, or apply an undisclosed refund deduction.

We do not currently advertise an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. If one is introduced, its separate terms will be displayed before purchase. To request cancellation, a return or a remedy, contact [email protected] with your order reference. We will provide return instructions where necessary. Mandatory protections available under the laws of your country, state, province or territory are not excluded.

7. Product results and safety

Results vary with preparation, tools, materials, technique and practice. Our lessons explain how to work towards a completed decoration; they do not guarantee a flawless result or any income from selling finished pieces. Follow manufacturer instructions and safety warnings for paints, glue, varnish, adhesives, heated tools and other craft supplies. Children should use relevant supplies only with appropriate adult supervision.

8. Technical requirements and support

You will need a compatible device and internet access to view course content, plus the materials listed for each project. For access issues, missing lessons or order problems, contact [email protected] . We will use reasonable care and skill to supply the contracted content and address problems in line with your legal rights.

9. Intellectual property

The training videos, course text, graphics and downloadable resources belong to us or their relevant rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a non-transferable permission to access and use them for personal learning for the stated term. Ownership is not transferred to you. Permissions concerning commercial use of printed designs, artwork and derivative products must be checked separately for each design.

10. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by a customer's failure to follow the instructions or independent misuse of craft products. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers resident elsewhere of mandatory protections available to them under applicable local law. We encourage customers to contact us to resolve any complaint.

11. Updates and contact

The version of these Terms available when you place your order governs that order, unless changes are required by law or agreed with you. We may update these Terms for future purchases, and will display the revised date. Contact: ARAMEDU LTD, Flat 14, 128 Maidstone Road, Chatham, England, ME4 6DQ; [email protected] .
