This notice covers our standalone sales pages, lead forms, purchase flow, course access and optional shipped DIY kits provided through YUPI.AI and Stripe. It does not automatically apply to unrelated websites, stores or services that have separate privacy notices.
Depending on how you use the service, we process your name, email address, billing details, delivery address, country, purchase information, customer service enquiries and correspondence; course registration or access details and information about whether course access has been provided; and basic technical data used to operate and secure the website, where collected. If you send us photos of your completed project or feedback, we process the material you choose to send us; we will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable photos or testimonials in promotion.
When you pay through Stripe, Stripe handles payment information and may also collect payment method, device and anti-fraud data. We normally receive payment status, limited transaction information and customer contact/address details necessary to fulfil the order, not full payment card numbers.
We use customer details to process orders, send purchase confirmations, provide course access, ship physical kits and handle customer service requests because these activities are necessary to perform our contract with you. We use transaction and accounting records to comply with applicable legal obligations. We may use limited security, fraud prevention and service improvement information where necessary for legitimate interests, after assessing the relevant privacy impact. Where marketing consent is legally required, we use your information for promotional emails or messages only after obtaining that consent and allow you to withdraw it. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are enabled only on the legal basis and with the choices required by applicable law.
We use YUPI.AI to operate our sales pages, online course areas and relevant communications or automations as configured; Stripe to process payments and help detect fraud; delivery and postal partners to ship DIY kits; and providers of email, IT hosting and customer support where configured. Some providers may act as processors for us and others as independent controllers for their own activities. We share only information needed for the relevant function.

Essential technologies may be used to operate the website and purchase process. Other technologies, such as analytics, advertising pixels, marketing tracking or embedded media tools, must be listed accurately in our cookie information if enabled. Where consent is required, these technologies will not be activated until you make the relevant choice, and you can change that choice later.
Customers may be located in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada or Australia, and some providers may process data in other countries. Where UK data protection laws require safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and relevant contractual and technical safeguards.
We keep purchase and accounting records for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Course account or access details are kept while needed to deliver the purchased course and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage support, disputes and security. Customer service messages are kept while needed to resolve the request and establish any related rights. Marketing preferences are retained for as long as you are subscribed, and we may retain a minimal suppression record to avoid sending messages after an opt-out. We periodically review information and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.
Purchasing a course does not automatically mean you agree to promotional emails. Where required, you can choose separately to receive marketing, and you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We may still send essential non-promotional messages about your order, course access, delivery, product safety or account.
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep your account credentials confidential and inform us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subject to applicable law and exemptions, you may ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain uses, receive portable data, or withdraw consent where consent is our legal basis.
